If you wish to opt-out from the National Emergency Notification System please contact nens@gov.ky with the following details:
- Email address to be removed, and
- Mobile Number to be removed (where applicable).
Please note you will be contacted via email to verify and confirm that you would like this process to be executed.
In 5 - 7 working days you will be notified via email that you have successfully been opted out.
If you have any trouble opting out, please contact nens@gov.ky for assistance.
If you wish to opt back in to this service in the future, you may do so by completing the OPT-IN process again.
